The free standing washing machines can be placed anywhere subject to the availability of space and can be moved to another place if required without difficulties.
Built-in washing machines are generally of front loading type, as it has to be accommodated in specific, pre-decided space. Loading and off loading will be more convenient through the front, especially when the machine is placed concealed or camouflaged among other appliances and furniture. Built-in washing machines are expensive.
Combined washer dryers are ideal for modern homes especially when they are completely automatic. Modern products come with timers which alert the user once the operation is over and the whole washing and drying process can be programmed in advance according to the user’s convenience.
