DISADVANTAGE:

Since purchasing this machine, I have found that it has one BAD POINT which Hoover is needing to look at.

The machine, when it finishes its wash, or when you stop the machine to add additional items, it does not always stop with the opening at the top. This means that you have to pull the drum round to allow you to take the clothes out , or add clothes. I find it very difficult to do this procedure because of the weight of clothes, especially if they are still wet.

If Hoover rectified this PROBLEM, then I would give ithe machine an 8 out of 10.

HOOVER NEXTRA HNT 6414

1. I have just purchased one of these machines and, - stated on this site you say it has spin speeds from 1200-1400 - there is no where can I find a programme that has a spin speed of 1200.

2. I note that there appears to be a Hoover Nextra HNT 6414 and a Hoover HNT 6414. Are these two different models, if so:-

a) what is the difference between them and
b) how would I be able to tell which model my new machine is ?

I would be grateful for your comments on this matter.
