got two of these at two addresses and both were a nightmare! one broke down after 18 months. both machines were impossible to balance however hard i tried using spirit leveler, hence the vibration and noise is unacceptable. It seems that the upper part of the machine was not propperly put together hence the machine vibrates excessively on the upper half of the machine. would never recommend this brand of washing machine.
