Smeg is an Italian Company founded by Vittorio Bertazzoni in 1948. It still continues as a family concern of Bertazzoni. It is one of the largest manufacturers of domestic kitchen appliances. They have been operating in Spain, since 1991. Their products include washing machine, washer dryer, cooking ranges, extractor hoods and sinks. Smeg has its headquarters at Guastalla. Smeg WMF 16AX1 White Washing Machine is fully integrated, fully automatic and free standing stainless steel washing machine. The machine is available in stainless steel colour. The dimensions of this Smeg stainless steel washing machine are 850mm (H) X 600mm (W) X 540mm (D). The material of construction of the tube is stainless steel. The wash capacity is 5kg. It is front loading machine. The efficiency rating for the wash, spin and energy are respectively ‘A’, ‘A’ and ‘A’. The rating is done on a scale ‘A’ to ‘G’, ‘A’ being the maximum, and ‘G’ the minimum. The energy consumption for washing is 1.1kwh per each cycle. The maximum spin speed is 1600 rpm. The water consumption per cycle is 47 litres.
